Generations have grown up upon Jules Verne’s most famous and most adapted novel.
With our show, the smallest kids can join Mr. Fogg on his adventurous, international travels, learning about geography, transport history, and also tolerance and being open.
Phileas Fogg, the ever so calm english gentleman made the most curious bet in 1872: he risked half of his fortune on that he would get around the globe in 80 days. Since in that time, airplanes weren’t invited yet, Mr. Fogg and his loyal footman travels by train, steamboat, sailboat, on horseback, and even on elephant back, through Eastern-Africa, India, Hongkong and America, so that he gets back to London in time. But his precisely planned trip is endangered by unexpected events and encounters: an unfinished trainline, a damsel in distress, a detective chasing a bank robber, a sea storm, and Indian attacks…Will Mr. Fogg be able to finish his travels in 80 days? And will he ever lose his temper?
