Aquiles, son of goddess Tetis and Peleo, the mortal, was one of the biggest heroes in reek mythology.
Out of all those who fought in the Trojan War, his was the biggest glory. His role in the war was decisive for the reek victory. But Aquiles, regardless of his superhuman qualities, was a mortal. His extreme strength, cruelty, arrogance and beauty became a standard for all mortals trying to transcend and live a life of danger and glory.
An itinerant street arts show in which Aquiles, an articulated 5’5m giant, erupts in the city.
Aquiles will be accompanied by the giant puppets of Budapest Puppet Theatre's production Hello, Heracles!

Aquiles irrupts in the city with his 5.5 metres of hight, and his nearly 1000kg, sweeping the streets and squares, disrupting everyday life. A shocking view, a show with a great visual impact, which will leave anyone nearing to see him walk the streets entirely mesmerised.
